1. Tour Booking with Vietnam Tourist
Booking your holiday with Vietnam Tourist is simple. Reservations can be made through our official website, by email, or directly with one of our travel consultants.
A booking becomes confirmed only after:
- We receive your required deposit or full payment.
- We send you a written booking confirmation.
The person making the reservation confirms that they are at least 18 years old and have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of everyone included in the booking.
2. Prices and Payments
All prices are quoted in the currency stated on your quotation or invoice.
Unless otherwise agreed:
- A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
- The remaining balance should be paid at least 30 days before departure.
- Bookings made within 30 days of departure require full payment at the time of confirmation.
Prices may include:
- Accommodation
- Transportation
- Guided sightseeing
- Meals specified in the itinerary
- Entrance fees
- Other services clearly listed in your tour program
Items not specifically mentioned as included remain the traveler’s responsibility.
3. Payment Methods
We accept several secure payment methods, including:
- International bank transfer
- Credit and debit cards
- Online payment gateways supported by our website
Any bank transfer charges or international transaction fees imposed by your financial institution are the responsibility of the traveler.
4. Changes to Your Booking
We understand that travel plans sometimes change.
If you wish to modify your itinerary, travel dates, hotel category, or other arrangements, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will always do our best to accommodate your request. However, changes are subject to:
- Availability
- Supplier confirmation
- Additional costs, if applicable
Some services, such as flights, cruises, train tickets, or special event bookings, may not be changeable after confirmation.
5. Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel your trip, please notify us in writing by email.
Cancellation charges may apply depending on:

- Airlines
- Other third-party suppliers
Because many travel services require advance payment, some deposits may be non-refundable.

6. Changes or Cancellation by Vietnam Tourist
Although this rarely happens, circumstances beyond our control may require us to modify or cancel part of your itinerary.
Examples include:
- Severe weather
- Natural disasters
- Government regulations
- Flight disruptions
- Health emergencies
- Safety concerns
- Force majeure events
If significant changes become necessary, we will inform you promptly and offer the most suitable alternatives available.
Where possible, we will provide comparable services or an appropriate refund for services that cannot be delivered.
Vietnam Tourist is not responsible for additional expenses that arise from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
7. Travel Documents
Every traveler is responsible for ensuring they possess valid travel documents before departure.
These may include:
- Passport with sufficient validity
- Vietnam visa (if required)
- Entry permits
- Travel insurance
- Vaccination or health documentation when applicable
Vietnam Tourist is happy to provide general guidance regarding visa requirements, but obtaining the necessary documents remains the traveler’s responsibility.
Any costs resulting from incomplete or invalid documentation cannot be refunded.
8. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that every traveler purchases comprehensive travel insurance before arriving in Vietnam.
Your policy should ideally include coverage for:
- Medical emergencies
- Trip cancellation
- Trip interruption
- Lost or delayed baggage
- Personal liability
- Emergency evacuation
Travel insurance provides valuable peace of mind and helps protect you from unexpected situations during your journey.
9. Traveler Responsibilities
To ensure everyone enjoys a pleasant and safe experience, travelers are expected to:
- Respect local customs, traditions, and laws.
- Follow the instructions of guides and tour leaders.
- Arrive on time for scheduled activities.
- Treat hotels, vehicles, and public facilities with care.
- Respect fellow travelers and local communities.
Travelers are responsible for any damage caused by negligent or inappropriate behavior during the tour.
10. Health and Special Requirements
Please inform us before booking if you have:
- Medical conditions
- Mobility limitations
- Dietary requirements
- Allergies
- Other special travel needs
Providing this information in advance allows us to make suitable arrangements whenever possible.
While we will do everything reasonably possible to assist, some destinations or activities may have limitations that cannot be completely eliminated.
11. Accommodation and Transportation
Hotels, cruises, airlines, and transportation providers operate independently from Vietnam Tourist.
Occasionally, circumstances may require substitutions with services of a similar standard.
Hotel check-in and check-out times follow each property’s individual policies.
Room upgrades, early check-in, or late check-out cannot always be guaranteed and may involve additional charges.
12. Limitation of Liability
Vietnam Tourist carefully selects trusted hotels, transportation providers, cruise operators, restaurants, and local partners.
However, we cannot be held responsible for losses, delays, accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from services provided by independent suppliers beyond our reasonable control.
Our liability is limited to the travel arrangements directly organized and confirmed by Vietnam Tourist.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited under applicable law.
13. Intellectual Property
All content published on VietnamTourist.com—including text, photographs, videos, logos, graphics, itineraries, and website design—is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may view and print content for personal travel planning purposes only.
Reproduction, commercial use, distribution, or modification without our written permission is prohibited.
14. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us.
Personal information collected during the booking process is used only for:
- Processing reservations

- Providing travel services
- Meeting legal and immigration requirements
